Goldshield's LEAN journey began more than 13 years ago, creating a culture of continuous improvement throughout our operations. Implementation of LEAN Manufacturing principles and elimination of waste in our operations creates value for our customers through improvements in cost, quality, and delivery, which ultimately reduces total lead time. We have held hundreds of 5-day kaizen continuous improvement events and hundreds more point kaizen events in a wide range of focus areas, including:
